I didn?t get to go watch the shuttle launch this week because of my schedule, but I did just finish watching it launch on HDTV. I really am happy that we are back in space!
Rock on NASA!
Wow, I just finished submitting my resume to a professional writing service. I am excited, nervous, and even slightly indifferent! Weird huh? The last time I updated my resume was in 1996 when I went to work for a large software company in Washington. I stayed there for 6 years. Over the last three years I was a small business owner. That business failed .
I hope to get a really good looking resume that I can submit. Things have changed so much in the last 9 years for job hunters in th
I just spent the entire night doing something that I have been longing to do for a while. Keep your minds OUT of the gutter. I picked up a book that I had purchased some months ago. I tend to buy 10-15 books and keep them in a stack and read them in spurts. But for various reasons I haven?t made the time to read in the last 5 months.
Anyway, I just finished this book and found it amusing. I tend to love reading and I had a hard time putting it down. If you are into fantasy science fiction
This is a longish entry that doesn?t go anyplace in particular.
Sometimes I wonder why I get to be the whipping boy for the world. I really try to look at the positive side of things and not feel put upon, but sometimes?

However, when the Columbia broke up on reentry and the shuttle fleet was grounded, my plans were put on hold.
So today I rented a car (see my earlier journal entries as to why I had to rent a car) so I can drive up to the Kennedy Space Center tomorrow and see the launch first hand!
I am really excite
You ever have one of those cravings that you just can?t satisfy? For the last few days my mouth has been watering at the thought of some Kow Pad Gai and Pic Nam Paa. (Sorry if I massacre the language) and this other dish that I fell in love with at S&P. I have no idea what it was but it was delicious. It was a VERY spicy chicken dish with some sort of red dipping sauce. The chicken was sliced fairly thinly and came with 10-12 slices. I remember that and in 2002 the menu had it on it?s
What the hell. I am in a weird mood today and I feel like venting a little. The fact that a complete stranger maybe reading this is bizarre as all get out, but hey we are all voyeurs in one way or another!
About five weeks ago I just put brand new tires on my car, got the air conditioner fixed, and put a brand new stereo and speakers in it. It really was about time. I have had the thing for 7 years and it needed all the work that I had put into it. It was a Saturday morning and I had spent
