I'm making all the final preparations for my b-day party...food, drink, and DJ are all set to go...let's just pray that this rain gets a day off on Saturday night. We will have a free buffet that starts at 8:30...ribs, spring rolls, some japanese food that sounded good, and some other tasty treats. The cash bar will be open alllll night with beer, red wine, black label, vodka, Coke Zero, etc. And it WILL be a pool party, so feel free to bring your swimwear as well. No peeing in the pool...save tha
I can't believe it's over...it flew by.Tonight was the final night, and it was a lot of fun. It was a huge night for the fan clubs and especially for the contestants.A friend requested earlier today that I post some pics of some of the girls, so I will oblige...I'm still waiting for some of the videos to upload, but hopefully the pics will do for now (vids will be added in shortly). There are still a couple more events for this, including a "house party" next week. That should be fun. I realized
First off, thanks for the support from everyone checking in by phone or PM today/yesterday. It all got transferred to Yoma through me, and he is doing much better.Yesterday he was in a lot of pain, which we expected. Today he is close to being back to his normal goofy self. I still flinch as if I'm about to get hit by a car myself everytime I think about those two seconds, and that happens every half hour or so.The stars aligned and everything worked out perfectly, though. He got knocked over be
I had a bad day. Then I had a horrible evening. One of my staff called in sick, then a shop's computer crashed because of a virus. Nothing too bad there except for the fact that I have 100 other things I need to do rather than sit in Pantip for two hours. The rest of the day is normal, as normal as a day can be...but I just don't feel good all day. I cancel dinner plans with "bangkoknights" as I just need to go home and relax. I get home and bring Yoma (my dog) out for a rollerblade...We do a few l
So ya...I've been demoted from Managing Director to a Sales Representative, so now is your chance to come and order me around.Actually, I am testing out a possible new location for FotoBook on Silom Road on Thursday and Friday...and possibly Monday and Tuesday if all goes well. It's at the United Center building right next to the Sala Daeng BTS station...I'll be there each day from 8:30 AM until 6:30 PM arranging and making books for all the office workers. For the guys...we'll have a "pretty" m

Happy Birthday, brother. Kennon finally made the move to Bangkok from Korea, and got a great job through a fellow TF connection. Nice to have you here in Thailand! Maybe this year he will finally grow some hair!! Birthday Boy Kennn
62 things that made me chuckle:1. -I wish Google Maps had an “Avoid Ghetto” routing option.
2. -More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can think about is that I can’t wait for them to finish so that I can tell my own story that’s not only better, but also more directly involves me.
3. -Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong.
4. -I don’t understand the purpose of the line, “I don’t need to drink to have fun.” Great, no
I'm a bit too jet-lagged to write much here...but we had a great time in the states. We had our wedding, did a harbor cruise, went to a baseball game, Foxwoods Casino Resort, and we ate...and ate and ate a lot (loved the lobsters). Enjoy the photos!

On Saturday morning, I went to my sister and brother -in -law's summer home in New Hampshire, which is about 1.5 hours north of Boston. It's absolutely beautiful out there, and the weather was perfect. It's the best way to get over jetlag...some BBQ, beers, and a beautiful lake.
I got to spend some time with my nephews (my sister's sons). Their names are Ethan and Kai. Get this: They are 50% Irish, 25% Korean, and 25% Japanese - American children...I thought I was a weird mix! Anyway, the boys
I just flew into Boston, and boy are my arms tired. And the Mrs and I ran into Beej on my first flight to Tokyo...now that was a scary site at 5 in the morning! Bedtime over here...be good!!
Mr. and Mrs. Admin arrived in Phuket yesterday to start the TF in Phuket trip. We are staying at a nice boutique hotel in Patong, which is close to everything. Since we arrived before everyone else, we were able to have what we are calling “our sugarmoon” (as opposed to a honeymoon) as this is right before our wedding celebration in Boston in a couple of weeks.
After checking in, we took a stroll along the beach. We got some spicy seafood salad, grilled chicken, and sticky rice, and had a
Better late than never!I stopped snapping pics later on, so I didn't get everyone...It was a great night, and thanks to Zappa for being a great host!

July 29 3:42 P.M.The video game world is full of success stories -- geeks who got the last laugh by becoming superstar developers with fat bank accounts. But as the industry matures, so do the people in it, making room for a new generation of entrepreneurial gamers.
And already, people too young to even buy beer are making a fortune from the video game world. Here are a few up and comers to keep your eye on:

I've a yellow labrador named Yoma (named after the cellist, Yo Yo Ma).No matter what, if both my wife and I are having bad days, he's there to make us happy. He's not really a baby anymore as he is 2.5 years old and 36 kilos, but he'll always be my baby.Today I got him a squeaky tennis ball, which he loves. He breaks every other toy I get him, and he already broke the squeaky mechanism on this one after half an hour.Anyway, here is Yoma showing off some of his tricks to earn his ball back. Goodn
Last Thursday a nice EYP networking event was put on by Dahra Spa as well as some other businesses within Thailand. As always, lots of fun was had by all. Great to see everyone! And sorry that I didn't get pics of all the TF'ers there...I even missed one of the hosts, Bangkoknights! And then *SOMEONE* decided that it would be a great idea to bite my hand for 20 seconds to get my camera from me...looks painful.
The last two Saturdays I've spent at Impact Arena doing FotoBook promotions with True Coffee. It's a lot of work, but a lot of fun. Last Saturday I even got on TV! Since most Thais don't know about FotoBook yet, it's great watching their interest spark up once the pretties explain what it is and how you get one. As you will see, we started with almost no one at our booth, and then the place filled up to the point where I couldn't get too many good shots. I'm glad that FotoBook is starting to get
So no winner was crowned at the third speed drinking event, but I'd have to give Nick (xtermine) and Dada (Pinkstar) a special mention for all around game domination, lol. We played flip cup and beer pong.
I had to miss the Models in the Park event, which I really wanted to attend. I had a pretty fun and interesting afternoon setting up and running FotoBook's booth at the Academy Fantasia show. It was tough being surrounded by "pretties" all day, but someone had to do it (journal will b
Last Friday, TF'ers met at Quake on Soi Lang Suan. It was a lot of fun, and I think I was even dancing by the end of the night. My legs were sore for some reason. It was a great mix of new and old members, and the band was awesome. Sorry I couldn't get photos of everyone. Enjoy the pics!
