I planned to go to work early today due to load of pending stuff and I always get in after my dear Boss.... poor her to have a secy like me. 
Anyway, I reached office by 8.10am. not too bad since I went to bed at 2am. last night. Dammit! After Month-End past, I thought I would have quiet relax Monday but there was one case that hit me in a big time b'coz I can't handle it due to big amount of credit limit and cut-off time plus the account manager out to training whole day so 5 mins before cut-off time my boss done it very quick after dear customer rang her directly... How amazing to compare how my Boss and I wrote, she wrote like 3 sentences = 2 lines while I was describe this and that **** like 5 sentences and still make the approvers even more confused. So to make things easy the account manager should have done it themselves, not my dear boss of course but we have like 5 officers in including my boss. I feel guilty to bother her in this, I have been not good lately, I currently handle like 3 roles in a time, it's overload so it end up that everything going slowly and not on time. I can be a Secretary, an Assistant, an Admin etc depends on the situation. But to do many things in the same time is quiet hard to get things done perfectly.I'm tired, exhausted but I'll survive. We will strive this together, that what my boss and I always say.
