i believe the term is "onlooker delay"-- you know how traffic always slows down when there's a gruesome accident, even on an expressway when the accident's on the other side.

said it before, gleefully say it again. conflict is drama. sadly for some, they really do seem to take their little website dramas seriously.. but 'onlooker delay' spats are a form of drama.
