I've had a call from that number too, just their robot making calls about promotions.

if from DTAC they should not hang up before I answer, I was going to pick up but when I got the phone in my hand then it cut off, it was ringing for a short while only..

but im using DTAC so it make sense... and if yes it gonna ring again sometime soon.

Or maybe that number in my received calls is from my mum, and you have a mysterious overseas caller.

Its International number ...... I always got that number from my mate calls from the UK

oh yeah when my bossy's boss call from office in Singapore it always shows 5 digits number and also call from some other countries in S/E Asean. Probably they using cheap rate or some kind of phone card... alright, no ghost then..

anyway,i hate ppl who give other missed call... annoying! My online brother always do that, he said just to let me know he missing me... damn! but atleast he always calling from his cell to make sure I know it was him..

+31 is the dial prefix of the Netherlands. But as the following number is too short I assume its from someone using skype, voipstunt on his computer (which is very good and cheap indeed) or some other voice over ip service or perhaps from a calling card. The originator of the call does not have to be in the Netherlands, though. He can even be in Thailand, as these services are often cheaper than local calls. So, it could have been anybody, even your online brother trying his new voip software!

thats a phonecompany from holland, they are located in Rotterdam. don't know which company it is but they provide large discount on international calls. sometimes you see part of their number, sometimes the actual caller id, sometimes no caller id at all

BTW it doesn't have to be a caller from Holland, these discount phone company operate in the sur-plus of regular networks. could be another european discounter going through the dutch computer.

But whats scary about missing a call? I miss calls every day and think nothing of it,even if I don't recognise the number,if they want they will ring again.
