I don't live anywhere near a khlong.  But tonight I hear at least a dozen frogs going crazy somewhere outside.  I've never heard them before.  Where did they come from?  I know it pissed down rain tonight but you would think I would have heard the frogs before if they were around prior to tonight.  Where did they come from?  :-)

Perhaps they got inside your MacBook pro when it got wet. :-)

hehe can't believe this was the 1st time you heard frogs...can be annoying sometime and for some people their voices are beautiful.

They have frogs in New Mexico remain buried in the ground 9 months out of the year or more only to come out as pond fill from the summer rains of july and august when they awake mate to start the cycle over. YOu can hear them from a mile away when they awake !

Yeah, but I've never heard them in my neighborhood before. Even after the rain I've never heard that many and so loud.

It's not that I'm bothered by it or anything. Just seemed strange that this heavy, heavy rain comes and then . . . frogs when they never came out when it rained.
