6 KG or more lost, but HOW?

Many people keep telling me that I lost some weight... I thought that I might lost 1 - 2 kg... cuz it has no reasons.. Never control my weight, never on diet, never exercise... On Sunday I met nong Tonia, she said I might lost some weight... so I think I should check how many KG I lost, so this morning I picked the scale under my bed...Normally, my weigh might be around 75 - 77 sometimes 78 Today my weigh is about 66 -67... so I ask myself "should i be glad or run to see doctor?

if doctor "what kind of doctor" may be mental one...I eat not much but eat often... always hungry around 7 am, 10 am, 12, 3pm 7pm, 11pm.

If I ate too much I always puke out, but these day, I eat as normal tiny girls but I still puke.What's wrong with me...

Have not you been swimming a lot lately i regcon? May be your diet has changed to better, eating small potions but often is better than large meals. Have you been skipping carbohydrate lately? Fit and firm is good! consult your doctor to be worry free. ^^ almost summer, you will look your best in swimsuit ka !

6kg is a fair bit. You would have noticed when getting dressed that your clothes would be loose..... if it has been over a short period of time then yeah go get it checked out.

If you had lost six kilos through a program of diet and exercise, it would not be a reason for concern. But since you are losing weight from not being able to keep your food down (i.e. - by throwing up), then clearly something is not right and you should see a doctor about this.

Indeed, go to see doctor. U work in a hospital so im sure u can find out which doc u should see. 10kg in how many months? When was last time u checked ur weight n how long u have been throwing up after a meal. Think about it, the doc might ask the same question. I'd be worried if i cant eat properly for more than a week. Mine happened sumtime that i dun wanna eat but it was never longer than a few days.

um...don't you work in a hospital?

go see the doctor and get a physical check up.

by the way, puking after a meal is not normal either, you may want to consider that.

take care of yourself. you are worth it :)

I lost 13 kilos this year but it was because I was in hospital bed for 2.5 months and paralyzed from waist down.
