just now...the TV just turned itself on...the remote controller was definitely not near enough that i could accidentally push whatever button. this wasn't the first time the TV acted weird...one time earlier last week, it also switched itself from the DVD mode to a normal TV mode...is this because i just went to the pere lachaise - the infamous graveyard in France on the weekend? such a thing happened to me once in Bangkok...but it was with my radio. again the remote controller was not in a near reach...then all of the sudden, the volume just turned itself up to much much louder level.....couldn't figure why.any tech savvy person please give me some reason to believe that i'm fine to stay in this apartment alone....

If you ever find a system that does automated laundry and ironing, please let me know

Logical reason could be your neighbor has too powerful remote control.

But if you are living in a house... errr... could be...

The remote is going bananas! Take out the batteries and see if ghost disappears :-)
