space..

after 3 weeks sharing the apartment with the puppy, i finally left a long note to my roommate. the note said that first she should buy new toys for her puppy becoz the current one which was a bunch of yarns tied up together left a lot of mess on the floor, [it would be ok if she cleaned those mess but she didn't and it was me who had to clear up all the mess]. second, she should take the barking problem more serious becoz if i was the neighbor, i wouldn't be happy as well. and finally, instead of taking him out for a walk one hour straight a day, tried to split to 4-5 times a day so he'd learn to go to teh washroom outside.

i wasn't complaining, i just gave her some suggestions regarding what i'd seen.

she got the note, she phoned her mom and cried. so her parents decided to take the dog back to their farm for training.

not that i didn't adore the puppy, but imagine if u gotta live in a place where the living room looks more like a storage room or a garage with dog poops and pee everywhere o the carpet. and you can't leave your door open coz the stinky dog who has never got any shower will jump on your bed and leaves his unpleasurable smell on your white and clean bedsheet. and you don't even want to have any meal in your own place and you stop cooking any food ebcoz you cant stand the smell and don't even want to stay in teh kitchen.

sorry for being assertive, not that i don't feel a thing..i do, i really do. i have a pet too and i know how would others feel when they're really atatched to their pets. i just couldn't live like a pig.

don't just have pet becoz you feel like you want one or just becoz they are cute. it's a responsibility that you haev to be sure that you can handle.

ciao!

3 cheers! too many people think they can buy a cute puppy like they might buy a stuffed animal, but the real thing requires work and dedication and care and responsibility. It's a living being and should be treated with love and respect, and that includes having to train it to live with you so everyone can be happy, animal and humans.

Thats true, you need responsibility..pets have heart and feeling too but they just cant speak...for some reasons.. it reminds me of having and taking care of children. well i dont have one but could imagine a hard work, efforts and lots of sacrifice.
