China's "Faking" Incident.

First off, this is no reflection on the little girl most of us saw on TV, the issue at hand really isn’t about her. On the other hand?, it has everything to do with the other little girl who personally?, I think is not only cute, but has an amazing voice. In my opinion, I think it was not only awful to not allow her to represent her country by standing in front of the world singing her little heart out, It's was a bad decision period. What kind of message are they giving this small child? To be told that you’re good enough to sing but not “pretty” enough to be seen. Did they even take into considerations the ramifications of that?Who’s to say what damage their actions may or may not do. I’m so tired of this argument; who you are inside, what you do with your life and how you conduct yourself NOT what you look like is what defines you as a person as a human being. As far as the lip-syncing issue goes? well, sure you find that in movies and many pop singers do so but, Hollywood will at least give credit to those performances and pop singers are lip-syncing to their own voice so there is a difference here. I’m also not stupid to think that this doesn’t happen in all sorts of industries across the world but two wrongs don’t make a right and as far as I’m concerned? it’s wrong.

ethics are fading fast all over the world. And I couldn't believe when i switched on the olympics and saw fencing. Now fencing would be cool be they had suits with electrodes all over them to electronically score hits. They had little antenna's sticking out of their suits and it was too high tech for me. And they were making big fuss over the super suits the swimmers had on sheeeez.

I believe the Chinese Goverment Wiould do any to Win at the Olympics, Case in point, There are Two female Gymnast that I believe to be underage ( a Gymnast should be 16 in the year of the Olympic) They have told everyone her birthday was 1 Janurary,, he he ( They couldn't think of a better date??he he) Just Be glad we All don't live in China Because there Gov also Controlls there internet too!

All in All it's been a Great Olympics, Too bad for Sweden and there cry baby Greco Roman Wrestler and the way he throw down his Bronze medal and walked off!

To be honest, I don't even think 16 is appropriate for Olympic competition, much less 14. According to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which just about every nation has signed on to, anyone under 18 is still a child.

Olympic athletic competitions should be for adults.

Well, they are currently whitewashing in Chinese media about the gymnasts ages. First Xihuan, of all sources, quoted age of He as 14. Then later 15. And now, 16...wonderful, ain't it?

It's really sad when countries think they can prove they are better than everyone else and win the world's respect by cheating.

Now, I know Americans and athletes from other countries have been caught cheating by taking illegal substances. But usually that's the individual and maybe his or her coach.

This is the State, the government, doing the cheating.
