Here we go, I told you I was not in my good performance. I told you I knew if I was any good. I said I'm failed while my boss said I'm partly effective, at the end these two words meant the same to me. I don't feel great about this but at least my boss and I agreed the same. If he rate me lower than I rate myself then that's a problem. Luckily, we have quite similar attitude in various stuff.

One thing i have in me is i believe myself i m a profestional. i never afraid of hard working, i have good intention with all i working on.

i told you NEVER to start job at your most desirable place! Get experience first, remember? Now u can move to Bank Thai and meet me for lunch everyday.... it should have been the other way round.

About the meeting me for lunch everyday.... I was just kidding.

I'm collecting your bd present tomorrow, if that would cheer u up!

I have yet to find a job I am passionate about. At the end of the day, it's just a job to me. If money is not a factor, I think working for NGOs can be quite a rewarding experience.

Do you know what make your performance not as good as you want it to be? You should have the answer for that first before decide to make any change in your career.

If the reason is something you cannot make it better then moving to another company or another field might be a better choice.

Sometimes I am a bit lazy and not very motivated to work and I know it shows on not very effective work. But after a good consideration I know it mostly because of myself, so I figure out how to motivate myself (normally by reading about successful business person who I admire) and it works!

Think carefully...not everyone can get a job you are having right now and it won't be easy getting the same job somewhere else with this economy even in a few years. If you still like it, fight for it!
