I kept telling my auntie to sell this house but she never agree. Surprisingly, she just sent me an email asking me to check out the market price. Said she wants to sell it and also telling me that this has been agreed by another aunt whom owned this house in the past as well. Perhaps it's because I told her the thing I never said before and she doesn't like it at all. Yeah, I'm sick of somebody whom live in this house but I won't leave as long as it still belongs to my aunt. I'm glad that she finally think about selling it, I hope she won't change her mind later. I have been living here for 20 years already, I gonna miss here but I will be leaving for good, I guess.So, I can start looking for a 2 bedrooms condo now... *grins*

2 bedrooms meant for her as well... but my aunt doesn't agree with me about buying a condo yet... She even asked me if I still alright to think abount buying one. LOL

I have a house to sell in Minburi...about THB2 million I think...but it has 3 bedrooms and two storey...also a block of land in Chiang Mai if you are interested in building your own...

Nah? Oh well...

I really want to sell these two items too...Grezzzy and I live in Sukhumvit, so I don't need the house and I don't want to live in Chiang Mai either...

1.We are not gonna buy a house in BKK, most likely if my aunt move back to Thailand, she will stay in up country. For me, I a;ways want to have a condominium.

2.I want her to sell b'coz she doesn't live here but me and another a family of her older sister and they are not deserved at all. My aunt worried about the drug part and thats enough to change her mind to sell it finally.

if it's house don't sell house ... use as collateral on new purchase of condo and rent out house. Property is always great investment and you do not have to be tied to it because of who owns it.
