I.N.S.O.M.N.I.A!!!! I couldn't sleep soundly since errm.. Sunday night 37.gif kept waking up and sometime stayed awake till 4am. It's not fun to go to work like a zombie, my brain doesn't function properly. When I've Insomnia, it always take me a week time at least to get back to normal, I'm suffering a lot now, 4 nights already. I'm so tired and I need sleep but look like it'll be the same again tonight. I hope the meditation helps! I need some energy for my Friday, it gonna be a long night. 111.gifWishing myself a beautiful sleep! 63.gif Or maybe I just need some lovely g'nite kiss... haha   Nite Nite folks!

The Difficult Conversation isn't a boring book but it always got me sleepy... the problem is I read it only when I'm on holidays at the beach and still sober... I just need to concentrate.. However, I will re-read first fews chapter to get me sleepy. I really need to sleep... *jumps to bed*

Try hot milk before bedtime, or turkey sandwiches. Apparently the tryptophan in the turkey is supposed to make you sleep.

Alternatively, you could try Camomile tea or Valerian tea.

Another alternative is Melatonin, a chemical your brain produces to help you sleep. It is sold as an aid to counter jetlag. Works for me, but I only use it now and then.

Don't use sleeping tablets, they can become addictive and it is not a natural sllep..

Do you have any vacation leave left? I highly suggested you sleep today ... Otherwise call to your office and tell them , you feel not so good (»èÇÂ) ..Last week , I felt so tired , I decided to call inform my hr to take my sick leave... INSOMNIA isn't that fun! Get well soon.

.. I asked permission from boss to get back home 3 hrs earlier yesterday to take some rest, i felt tired and i slept many hours... I think i sleep too much, will get back to gym next week.

I have 5 days vacation left but Im not gonna take any... coz I still have a lot of things to do before I leave.

I'm so glad it's friday finally coz I will have time to be lazy in bed all day all night... I got home early tho' not 3 am yet.. :D
