 i heard that Teluna Beach resort and

Turi beach resort is Nice.. so... hmmm.

Gonna Take a Ferry from Singapore.

Oh that brings back memories of living in Singapore - I used to go to Batam on Sunday when I got bored with nothing to do at home.

I don't remember the resort I used to go to now, but it would have all changed anyway...

I have been to Jakarta and Bali, not Batam.

But, I have heard there are good only if you like to play golf.

I guess Bintan is better. More resort spot.

You do know what you're getting yourself into? Batam and Bintan are total opposites. There's a few nice reports, but outside of that it's a total cowboy town. Sphinx, Ozone and Lucy's, if they're still open, will give you lashings of Batam freakery. Don't forget your Osama T-shirt and handguns.

Go to Turi Beach Resort, it's closest to the ferry terminal. Just don't leave it.

Not much things to see in Batam coz there have lots of factories and business area, not so much tourist attraction places. I think Bintan is better, nice beach and beautiful Island. I recommend you to stay in Banyan Tree Hotel or Angsana Hotel, those 2 Hotels are Wonderful

Never been there myself but heard there's Harris resort over there. I've seen onces in Bali and they are not bad at all. No clue about location and accessibility though.
