I'd answer, "It depends on where we go."

If you go for dinner and drinks at an upscale hotel buffet, the most dangerous thing to happen is to get sushi soy sauce spilled on your shirt. But take a 2AM tuk-tuk trip to one of the tuk-tuk drivers "recommended places," and you're asking for trouble!

Taxis can be dangerous for a young woman alone. One of my friends was drugged by a taxi driver, luckily she escaped.

TF guys can be very dangerous too (another friend was date-raped twice by different TF guys)

I would say very safe, I tend to walk around strange areas late at night carrying a large expensive camera and have never ever had a problem. It's kind of sad though cause as soon as I'm back in the U.S.A. I feel like I'm not safe at all.
