3 people i know from uk were on the beach at Phuket when the wave hit, i got news of them today from my sister... Dave is ok, just bruised and shaken up, but his gf (Lucy) is still in hospital in Phuket, she has to have skin grafts on her leg where it was scraped to the bone :S Dave will have to leave her there cos she cannot fly immediately after her operation ...but worse of all their friend Gerrad broke his leg in 40 places! now he has to have it amputated cos the injury is so severe! ...get home soon friends

Good to hear that..even it's not good new but still glad its not worst ... atleast they will get ready for party soon

Yeah! Compared to the other ones that lost their lives they are quite lucky to still be here with us!
