  Now, pour water into the pot about 3/4 of the pot (I use 17x9 cm. pot) then put 3 pandans bind together for making nice smell and 2-3 butterfly peas for nice color. Boiling them for a few mins then scoop butterfly peas up and fill sugar as you like. You can fill jackfruit too. Don't forget to scoop those white bubble up.

   One more thing, If you want to make
toddy palm jelly
, just fill 1 spoon of agar powder in the pot then leave it boiling a few mins. put in 4-5 small bowls
(careful the bubbles)
 and wait for them to cool down then put in the fridge. yummy!!
