I made a mistake yesterday.I said we use LAEW in past tense the fact is we use MEUUA(àÃ×èÃ)

I made the mistake coz in thai language we considerate perfect tense as past tense ......

not really mistake just want to make all farang clear (that is why i use english grammar to help you learn thai)

Past tense

Form

S + V + O (or complements) + MEUUA(àÃ×èÃ) + PREP. TIME

S+ V + MEUUA(àÃ×èÃ) + PREP. TIME

S = subject (noun)

V = verb (action)

O = object (noun)

MEUUA(àÃ×èÃ)= when

1.       Write down your present tense  follow by MEUUA + PREP. TIME

2.       Subject can be noun or noun phase

3.       Complements can be Adj. or Adv. It will follow noun- I talked about that a month ago (diff. from your Adj and Adv. )

4.       We don’t need article a , an ,the – if it only one thing we will know by putting nothing,if it more than one we will mention the number

5.       Put  the preprosition of time as below at the end of sentence

today                                                wan níi                               Çѹ¹Õé

tomorrow                                           phrûN níi                               ¾ÃØ觹Õé

yesterday                                          waan (níi)                            ÇÒ¹¹Õé

this morning                                       cháaw níi                              à¢éÒ¹Õé

tonight                                               kheun  níi                              ¤×¹¹Õé

actually it should be

she wears a shirt (meua = when = earlier) this morning

the verb tense never changes.

small point but pertinent, me thinks
