I subscribed for GPRS package of 40Hours/99baht on April 17th and then I realised that 40 hours package is not enough for me as I already used 37 hours after 10 days so I changed to 140Hrs/399baht on April 28th.My GPRS usage during 17/04/09-16/05/0917/04/09- 28/04/09: 2252.50 minutes - on 40Hours/99THB = fuking 686.02THB28/04/09 - 16/05/09: 4183:49 minutes - on 140Hrs/399THB = 239.40THBI was told that they will charge me on average basis for the days I been using each package when I asked them (VIA call center) to change my GPRS package.So how much I should be charged for GPRS service when billing circle date is on every 17th?  I want to see if it's only me who misunderstood how my cell network is charging me (and all other customers).

I understand how they charged me, well just today. It was like 13 days on 40hrs package and average usage for 12 days is about 13-14 hours so they charged me .50baht per mins for extra13hours.

When I switched to 140hrs package I thought I can use all 140hrs but luckily I started working so I didnt use internet at home a lot otherwise it might cost me fortune!!!

But the point is, did u know this before Miss tripple A??? :( Or also after the fact when we cant do anything anymore??
