Why people always expect """GOOD THING""" when they  pay less????? and i hate the word. I Have Money , Im Rich. Oh Hell.. yeah I know you ******* rich. otherwise  you cant pay to stay in that standard room. ******* 50 Bucks, Hah? Yeah Rich...  Thats what my case yesterday. fight with my guest.She freaking rude... ... I dont like that..     What she booked is standard room. But she want Bigger room.She said i destroyed her anniversary ..Me???How should i destroy her anniversary???she expect good room..and complaint.Coz she thought i will upgrade her.. ( yeah i can upgrade if i want. ) But.. with this girl. No way  You expect good room, why you book for standard???Do you want me to book other Hotel for you??  She____ Speechless________   I'm Meanie as hell yesterday.

And yeah, she should know that u could upgrade if she was nicer or I should say if she was a bit nice..

I knew it!! I got my room upgrade after I kept saying it's my b-day... and cake were sent... though it wasn't from Marriott bakery but I appreciated it a lot.

i suppose she was working to the old adage "if u don't ask u won't get" ......... but surely if anyone is expecing an upgrade u r gonna have a damm sight better chance of getting it if u r civil/pleasant to the person u r asking !!

@Neo--------------------yeah... end up with she still stay with us..she 's been here many time. so she thought if she complaint she can get upgrade,,,, But no.

It's human nature. People are always looking for a bargain and think that going in vacation in a developping country will be so cheap...

Don't let it get you down. There's too many people like that to waste time paying attention to them. Smile and move on. Or, alternatively, pick one tourist at random and give him/her **** for all the other custumers who gave you **** in your day, it used to work for me

(reminds himself not to ask Unny for upgrade if he books at her hotel)
