Yeah tell her what if it didn't go well.. It's difficult to get it fixed. Some ppl have to get more than 5 times operation till it looks fine.

To calm her down, now u can tell her you will talk about this again after things done with her teeth, b'coz most of the time face change afterward so can wait and see how it will be. And it's not fun but it hurts and it cost money.

(Al though Im not sure if her nose will change... but something on her face will change somehow.)

Yeah18 is quite too young for nose job tell her to wait abit she might wanna change her mind. Maybe use Make up to change the nose shape, that's what i do anyway it works na like shading thing. No need to spend lot of money and get hurt!

someone i know got her nose surgery and she is not satisfied with that.... it's pretty scary

when I was very young, I didn't like my flat nose... it's unlike my mom's... I said to mom I would do a nose job when I grow up.

when I was 18, I did teeth bracelace... my face shape was changed and I had lost my weight (it's nature when girls grow up)... also I would rather feel negatively to nose job... I don't want to take risk with any possibility.

and if my face shape has been slightly changed... my nose looks better or suits with all face...

Well not an easy one.

Shes 18 years old, old enough to decide for herself, and old enough to not be listening to any logic but her own. Worst thing is if she really got an issue with her nose, and it affects her selfconfidence.

Logic and reason is ofcourse to say "dont do it" - but for some people its just such a big issue, that they are better off getting it done instead of not getting it done.

But to tell a girl of 18 to wait until shes 25, thats like telling you to wait until your life is over - 25 seems distant at that age. Try 20 instead.

Here its not uncommon that girls below 18 wants boob-jobs, some even get it from their parents as gift, that i find sick and twisted - and sad. But i know for some girls its really a big issue, and when it becomes such a big issue that it affects them in their daily life, then i think they should go for it.

But in the end, its all about self-confidence, and wanting to do any cosmetic surgery, has something to do with lack of selfesteem - the best way would ofcourse to have them build that self-esteem up so they dont worry about it.

Give her to 20 - and then hope she meets a nice boyfriend before then that treats her good, then im sure it wont be an issue by then.

PS: i would prefer that thaigirls didnt do either nosejobs or boobjobs - both attributes that are attractive just the way they are.
