Hi TFers...

Firstly a HUGE thanks for everyone who showed up last night!  I did a lot of work to make sure we had a good crowd, and I was stunned by the numbers!  The restaurant can seat about 50 people... on a good night we usually serve 100 people.  Last night we served 213!!!

Secondly, apologies to the people who had to wait for food or drinks, all my staff worked very hard, if we'd known how many guests would arrive without booking, we'd have had more staff.  As it happened, I had emergency deliveries of Corona and ice last night.

Early on, I was hot, but not too tired...

We had a group of Mexicans who sang their National Anthem - which was great fun!
