I took couple pictures on the way back home after work.  I wanted to copy pictures out from memory stick. So, i inserted memory stick of cam into notebook socket without adapter .  Notebook can read the memory and I did copy and paste pictures out.  But the problem is ... i cant remove the cam memory stick out from notebook socket. Is there a way, kindly advise ? 

 Anyway, here is one the pictures. I really like them ...they are 'true water colors' 

but I want a memory stick back by not break my notebook..

Try to push it about 3mm further inside the notebook and it should pop out enough so that you can grip it with your thumb and forefinger and remove it.

No advise sorry other than to wait until tomorrow if the above does not work. Then ask the tec at work to help.

Get a stick from inside an ice cream and break it off....

The put some super glue on the end of the stick and hold it against the memory card for 10 minutes, then pull the card out stuck to the stick.

Use a sharp knife to cut them apart.

I cant even picture it... But apart from asking here try google for something useful outside tf too. I always seach outside and it did help! Normally the answer is somewhere already. It doesnt happened only with u and just now for sure.

strange... nobody asked which kind of memory stick you use and the brand of your notebook...

Tweezers is what I used when it happened to me!

Hit it with a big hammer,it works all the time!!!

I did exactly the same thing on my laptop, i used tweezers pull it out, safe and sound ;p. Good luck.

The memo stick is now removed from notebook by and engineer at work. From my observation, technic that he used similar with what Beej suggested (amazingly) only the tools the eng used were diffirent.

Ps. memory stick port in my notebook is too small for tweezer I have tried last night.

Pss. I also tried to hit it with my fist but nothing happened just i hurt my hand.
