Well, I kept looking down at this rock, and seeing people climb it. So I decided to get off my a*** and do it.It took about 45 mins from my hotel room to descend and climb, and about half hour back again.You can see from the pic below, how the villages cling precariously to the edge of the cliffs:in the pic below, my room is right at the top. just under the terrace with the handrail in front: My room is right at the top.

How was the Greek food?

beej...There is a little hilltop village with lots of empty houses, called Pyrgos, that looks like it is slowly being bought up and renovated. I reckon in a few years they will be worth a few quid. Pretty quiet though, except for the tourists who come to see the ruins of a castle. Thats the place with the guy on the donkeys, and the little artists studio.

pandorea..Greek food is good. Can't beat a nice greek salad, with feta cheese, and some crusty bread.
