I don't complain what nationality is nice or no. I just don't respect to somebody who already admit to something then later on prevaricate, therefore idiot fighting somehow might happen. No doubt I had a fighting with Indian boss coz he say 'NO' at last minute beforhand. I'm being asked to redo my work. I totally don't mind to do if I made a mistake. Every issue has been brought to his notice and he seem to be accept for age. Comming Friday my accomplisment will be submitted. Can you guys imagine how could I complete it alone? As he said It's my responsibility, it my mistake I've done.

What a supportive boss! when I need his decision in verbal or mail, he haven't done any action while let other take the risk. Some say he is the boss, so what...?  I'd agree if there is reasonable. (my next boss should be aware that I'm extrovert haha) Sorry if my journal hurt any Indian friends here. I'd say just very few I don't like, yet most of them are polite and smart.... yeah I work with approx. 60 Indians.

Coz I have farang boss and them... my lesson learn is that they will do or ask people to do as what they say at the final.

I have worked in the UN system, during that time I worked with people from India. Some of the Indians were insensitive and competitive types, at times difficult to deal with. In Thailand, politeness and sensitivity to to the needs others is a common practice. This is why many people like the Thailand. So I think it is difficult for a Thai to deal with someone who is Jai Yen and in-polite. Hope this helps ^__^
