I can understand if you're a mom and pop operation and can't afford to have someone do a proper translation but when you're the government . . . you might want to have someone fluent in English take a pass before spending a ton of taxpayer money. I mean, why even go to the trouble to translate it into English if you don't care what it says anyway?
