I saw this and it reminded of a guy who asks for money down near Emporium (Phrom Phong station) who has a similar problem.  Not sure if it's birth or injury related but wow.

Yeah, the guy who sits out near Phrom Phong has arms and legs.

I don't think this man was born with this problem. There are scars, should be some kind of accident.

I don't think it's Photoshop and like I said, there's a guy who hangs out near the Phrom Phong BTS who has a very similar head. Maybe he's Photoshopping that too :-)
