Some of the knockouts the guy seems to be leaving the floor before the kick/punch lands and in others the guy's head seems to accelerate faster than the punch thrown.  Fake or not?

It's a show... the ring announcer says, "Come on... over there." in English when the guy is climbing back into the ring.

And there's a big advert for a reggae bar on the ring.

And I can hear an American chick saying "Oh my Gawd!"

I'm pretty sure the American chick was real :-)
