Whipped Lightening is the name of a new product which is alcoholized whipped cream.  What's with the need to put alcohol into everything these days (Four Loko)?  Isn't booze good enough on its own?

have had similar here for ages, especially round Xmas; in local supermarket you can get cream with Courvosier, Baileys and various other named brand alcohols - goes great with Xmas pud!!!
