I went to TRUE yesterday after the radio show was over. I have to deal with internet setting at my house in Bangbuathong. At that moment I didn't know how to deal with it. Cancel the internet service at home in Ratchada, and get new start at home in Bangbuathong. Or just transfer it. So I went to TRUE shop at the 1st floor of Fortune town.

There was no customer when i was arrived. So I asked the girl at the counter about the solution. She wasn't smile, not even look at me... she said, "We have to check if line available for you in that area, and for that process, it will take 3 DAYS." I said "Did you say 3 DAYS or 3 HOURS??"

She said "3 DAYS, if you want faster than that pls go to the shop on 3rd Floor, they will check for you within today" no mood in her voice... I really need to put some electric into her body... lol. She damn look like a robot.

I didn't know difference floor makes it difference, do you have any idea?

On the way to TRUE shop on the 3rd floor, I had a thought about cancel the old number, and then get new one, cuz it's kinda pain in the ***, if i do transfer, deal with many things. So without telling my friend, plus i had to tranfer cashier cheque from magazine that i sell my story to my bank account. My friend told me he would help me out by running to the bank for me.

So i just went to the new customer counter alone, I didn't tell that I was a loyal customer, I use their service for 6 years... I didn't tell her... it was weird, she had the same style of service as the staff down stair...no mood in her voice tone and no eyes contact. grrrrr.. Oh Come On!! i'm the new customer, please alert. lol.

Then my friend came back and said i was a loyalty cusmeter, do you have better service for her. She said "Oh, so you have to contact another counter na kha, Counter 5" I went to the counter 5, told her my story again. Girl at counter 5 said, "in this case you just cancel this number then got new service, now we have promotion, you will get free installation, free wireless router" ok this is better, this girl was more lively. However, I hate go there and there, why don't just one stop service.

The same girl at new customer counter act the same.. no soul no mood...she said let me find out if you have any available line, computer slow, or net slow i didn't know but it was damn slow... took like 15 mins to find my roof on the map... then it said "not available" So she said, "Please leave your request form i will inform you when it available na kha" I asked her how long would it take... she said.. no idea. grrrrrrrrrrrr.

So bye bye TRUE. I better got 3BB my friends told me it's better than TRUE. I went to 3BB counter today, a guy there took care very well... service was fast and easy spent about 2 mins to fine my roof on google earth. I paid 1350 baht, for service and wireless router. wait like a week or less for installation.

We will see.

True is the leader, they don't have to be nice. They do not care if you use them or not. They constantly get complaints, there is a reason you were the only customer there.

Yeah KB. they are big company, so they think they can treat customers as the way they want. i will not use their service anyway. I can say bye bye TRUE.

3BB was AT&T they take control out town market. My friends said it was good... better than TOT. which I think it should be rebrand. lol
