Well, it's not really that well kept of a secret but I thought I would make sure that that specific people knew first.

Uhm . . . I got engaged.

Two weeks ago on a river cruise I asked Ked to marry me. Fortunately, for me, she said yes.

Those of you who have been to TF events over the last year or so have probably met Ked. She's not really online much so she doesn't really hang out on TF. That's why a lot of you may have not run into her yet. She does have a TF account so she can swap messages with a few friends she's met at TF events but . . . any of you guys send her a message and it's an instant lifetime ban :-) LOL

In a strange way, I kind of met her via TF though. We met via a mutual friend of a friend, Hideaway Jack, who is a TF member so I guess we sorta met via TF since I probably wouldn't have known Jack if it weren't for TF.

No date has been "officially" selected yet. The monk said May 15 was the only lucky day in 2011 for us so we're looking at whether or not that is logistically even feasible.

Uhm . . . not sure what else to say . . . not really like I have a lot of experience making this announcement. LOL
