managing real estate is not that easy, but if the house is in an area where the rents will stay high then keep it for the income. then turn over the handling of the place to a management co. and be on your way....

ok i made my mind up now ...it was the fact that i went to my car this mornin and the doors were frozen shut, that made me think i need a milder climate, and fast! ...well the ball is rolling, step one complete (inform boss/dad that i wont be working here in 6mths time and to find a replacement slave) ...step two in the process of completion (gettin loans/credit cards paid off) ...step three is to prepare my house for sale ...step four is actually gettin someone to buy it! ...a quick coat of paint and a few minor repairs required! ...im sick of hearin old dudes say how much they wished they had left this place when they were young! im just gonna do it! ...anyway theres far too much legislation associated with renting property here, its not worth doing! ...id have to put fire alarms and all kinds of **** in ...and i cant be assed with it to be honest!
