admin 7 Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Yes, but tongue out has a lot of meanings in English Tongue out can mean the literal tongue out of the mouth but it can also mean: Sexually excited (i.e. a guy sees a sexy woman and his tongue comes out of mouth like a dog) Cheeky: Like making a joke and saying "na na na" and sticking your tongue out Committed to a goal. For instance, the basketball player Michael Jordan was famous for his tongue flopping out of his mouth when going for particularly difficult shots. If someone is really focused their tongue can fall out of their mouth. Link to comment

For exp. 1. ลิ้นห้อย could mean sexually excited or very tired (usually use "เหนื่อยจนลิ้นห้อย") 2. ลิ้นชัก = drawer box 3. ลิ้นจี่ = Lychee 4. เล่นลิ้น = quibble 5. and if you have ลิ้นหัวใจรั่ว you need a doctor ASAP.
