Is that why I haven't been back in so long? this site is less entertaining without her.

She was banned for a week because she seemed to be a bit out of control and caught up in her emotions. Whether it was death threats, calling EB gay, or whatever. She was not acting in a manner that was healthy for herself or for TF so I decided to give her a mini-vacation from the site so she could calm down.

Will she come back?

To be honest, the gay thingy and death threats never nothered me at all. I don't care that she loved OBL - she's not the only one.

I don't mind arguing with anyone. But she can't argue. She is too emotional and erratic. She can't/won't answer questions. She leapfrogs from one bullshit point to another and doesn't feel the need to provide links/evidence/sources.

Much the same as GayGhost. In the face of overwhelming evidence, his argument is, "Well I can believe whatever I want and if you disagree, it's because you are stupid and brainwashed."

I had no doubt you could hold your own in a fight with WL but making a threat of physical harm against someone is illegal in Thailand. I had warned her not once, not twice, but at least three different times about her threats to either kill or physically harm someone.

I also feel that sometimes online debates can cause someone to spin out of control. They start off well intentioned but their need to be "right" or have their views accepted that it can consume them. When people start creating threads with the sole intent of drawing attention to themselves or to direct hate at others I think the person has crossed the line between healthy debate.

We've been a lot more lenient on TF in recent months but there are still rules and rather than quick-banning people we try to give them a warning and a chance to calm down.

The ramblings of a mental bint may be funny, but what I find more entertaining is seeing how far she can be pushed. Its like poking a (albeit lame) bomb with a stick. Although all of us can annoy her, EB has her number each and every time.
