caioacido 0 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share the real love on intenet doesn't exist, it does between two people. Link to comment

Admin_2 13 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share My best friend met his fiance here on TF. They are getting married in September and are the best couple I've seen in a while. I know a lot of real loves that started on the internet. I also know of a lot of fake loves that started on the internet...it's the same as real life nowadays. Link to comment
admin 7 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share I disagree with Caioacido and WhiteLotus. Just because you're doing it wrong doesn't mean everyone else is :-) LOL Seriously though, there have been so many long term relationships and marriages that began on TF that I simply can't believe what you're saying. And if it's just "love in cyber" why do I have so many of my Thai friends crying about only meeting bastards and fakers in real life? Remember the only constant in that equation is yourself. If you're meeting bad people you should look at how you're going about things. I know that sounds bad but I give many of my guy friends the same advice. It's not that you're a bad person (though you might be). It's just that you go after or attract certain types of people. If those aren't the people you're aiming for then you need to do something different. Link to comment

Admin_2 13 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share TF has had between 100-200 marriages since the site opened...I think that says a lot. There are probably a lot more that I don't even know about...or marriages that happened because friends met friends through TF. The world has changed, and online dating is very normal and happens very often. Going back to what Admin said, it's all up to you if you have good or bad experiences. Link to comment
breakofdawning 0 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share I believe in love online. I have a close friend who married to a guy she met on TF for over 3 yrs now and still going strong. I, myself, met my fiancé on TF and we are planning on being together sometimes next year. I'll say thank to TF when I get married, ok? Link to comment

caioacido 0 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share it was a misunderstanding, I wanted to say wherever you meet the real love is always between two people. That's it. Link to comment
kaunitz 0 Posted July 12, 2011 Report Share I believe in it just because it happened to me - and in the beginning I did not have any intention to go for a online relationship but just for penpals who could show me around in their area. But then it clicked Link to comment

moo_noy 0 Posted July 13, 2011 Report Share i don't believe in online love.It is mostly fantasy over words, photos ,and skype.I do believe in getting to know someone very well online if both are honest with each other. The true test is when you meet in person, and get over that awkwardness. Then making sure the person is the same.Eight years ago my first awkward, and fearful moment was getting off that plane for the first time, and wondering if she really would be at Don muan waiting for me.Turned out she was,and peaking around a corner observing me before jumping out to surprise me.It only lasted 2 years, and i was the honest one.So take the chance. Its not like there won't be better options if it doesn't work.
