At the begining of this month, I think I know what I wanna be, what I wanna do, what are my strengths, what are my weak points, what do people expect from me... gosh!! There are a lot to learn in a very short period...

Finally, after I got new job position, new boss, new unit, new dept. I feel like I'm fully empower at the big project I'm taking care. I like my new big boss and my boss already, person like me who like to work by emotion and feeling gotta have boss like that.... I learn to do the quality work with them, how they think is incredible for me, never ever met people like them before.

I know I still have lack of Management skills, my dad told me, it was good that I know what I didn't know.. he said I should look for MBA. class. I think so too. It might be cool if I hold 2 masters lol.

I have to thanks for the Young Leadership Class, to make me have more vision and foresight. I haven't choose my mentor yet, but I really need one, and this class will provide me one. If I pick up the right one, he or she will take me to the point that I want.

I don't have very big dream, just keep to do my career and grow up....

I didn't know what's different between "Career" and "Job" until last night.

Now I'm feeling like a new graduated school girl hehe.
