Really horrible... I ask chinese friends what about: they explain me people do not stop after seeing the child lying on the ground because often happens in China that, if you want to help somebody who seems in need, many people come and will say it is you who create the problem, to try to take as much money as possible from you. If you call the police, they will all say you did it... Also many drivers drink too much, or do mobile phone when driving... I will not sleep good today anyway. Poor parents...
