Actually, i dunno how to start this journal, it's the hardest one indeed.

I'm trying to get it out of my head but i can't do.

Here is the story. I found one of a girl profile post the photos that i took from my journals, the sucky trip part I and II in her photo album.

yes i did PM her and she replied me so nice. However, i didn't really mad about it, i did let her use my photos.... (pls don't think this is my fake profile, i don't have any fake profile here)

Just wanna tell u that if u like my photos those i posted on my journals pls let me know, i'm really pls to let u use them, pls tell me directly and be honest those pics are not for commercial ok? Don't let me found out my photos were using by someone and i don't know... i begging u guys

The TF Terms and Conditions clearly state:

"You may not redistribute images, photos or any personal data that you have found, copied or downloaded from a Thailandfriends.com member page or any other page hosted on the Thailandfriends.com server. Please respect the privacy of others."

So that person using your pictures, however nice she is, is in breach of the TF Terms and Conditons.

Not a big-big deal, no harm really done to you, but that user should be responsible and use her own pictures. Anyway, it should be common sense that a user should not 'borrow' and use without permission material which is property of someone else.

Yeah, it's stealing. Plain and simple.

Rubkord...Thats not what she is saying.....she is a bit of a photography buff, and someone copied some of her pics from journals and posted them on their own profile. She just wants people to ask or tell her if they are gonna use them. Did I get it right Bcool?
