These two days I've been looking for an apartment. Currently living under the parent's roof but would like to move out. I found this nice and cozy apartment close to my office. it's like a building built in the middle of a park with a swimming pool. I totally fell in love with it. But the bad thing is, it's not close to BTS and it's required 1 year contract for 8,000 Bht/month. One year contract is quite a long term thing and I'm not sure I want that. But if for a shorter term, then the price is higher.

Welp, 8K a month won't be a problem if I'm not a greedy person who has so many plans. This would sure ruin my party life, travel plans and the savings for the Masters....

So here I am looking for an apartment that's cheaper than 6,800 BHT and in a walkable distant to a BTS...

Or a short-term roomie who meets these qualifications below:

- male/female/gay who

- is employed.

- is respectful.

- is not noctural.

- is not slutty and be able to accept my sluttiness.

- is willing to give me thai massage whenever I want without expecting one in return.

- does not mind nipping to the 7/11 when I'm feeling hungry.

- has a laptop I can borrow.

- knows how to shut up and does not talk behind my back.

- likes the same music/ movies as I do (see my profile)

Hmm..that should be enough for now.

So if anyone knows anything or interested, leave me a message :)

Seriously, Oy, call this number - 02 615-0022 and inquire. It's near Phaholyothin Soi 6 but just 50 meters from the BTS stairway. It looks nice but not fancy. They have a banner on the side of the building and I wrote it down saying that they have rooms for rent (well, I can read Thai).

Other than that, I meet 90% of your short-term requirements (hey, I don't give a Thai massage or have a laptop). I can cook if you can wash dishes! Interested? lol References upon request. :-)

Good luck!
