well i knew i was gonna come back from thailand to a world of **** in the uk, but i wasnt prepared for exactly how shitty it is...

firstly.. i got the news that my great uncle (82 years old) has throat cancer :S not good, but good that they diagnosed it early and hes a tough old dude so hes fighting it

secondly.. at the weekend my dad was rushed into hospital with stomach pains..

last night he had surgery to remove a tumor from his colon *yuck* :S

so they have removed part of his colon, part of his small intestine and his splein eeeek :S

i talked to the surgeon today and he seems to think they got all the tumor, which is good news i guess

not sure if the tumor is malignant (cancerous) or benign (harmless) yet, as soon as they found it they removed it

lets hope it aint cancer! we wont know how serious it is until we get results of biopsy...

hes doin ok anyway, hes a tough stubborn old git too, good luck pops! >.<

thirdly.. all this leaves me in the **** at work.. theres only 6 of us running this business, and nearly everyone is off work!

managing director (my dad)... hospitalised for, hmmm who knows!?!

technical director... in germany for 2 weeks

contracts manager... somewhere in the mediterranean for 2 weeks

cad technician #1... on paternity leave, wife just had a baby, back in 1 week

cad technician #2 (me)... lookin after the work of 5 people :S *busy* and instructing workforce of 25!

secretary... here but cant make good tea! seems to have trouble answering the phone too! LOL

i dunno wot the hell they were thinkin when they left me in charge?

so just call me BOSS!!!

...therefore i havent really had the time or the motivation to sort out the 1300 pics from my trip last month, so havent posted any yet sorry!

but i will get around to doin it eventually there worth waitin for anyway hehe be prepared!

well on the up side.. i got web access at work for the next week or so cos i stole the password for someone elses pc heheh

it's aboutt time the odds are changing for you, i haven't met for the first time not so long ago but sofar you have been in bad luck all the time. Hope things will be catching up for you and your family
