PiAnt
Cheers ok Eduardo's on & Kaka's Cap'n hoping that Kalou and Carvalho too will peg me some back. Not expecting much from the Slovak Petras but you never know. Got 7 from Nakazawa yesterday I thought the Japs acquitted themselves admirably. StevieJR
Im having a nightmare.....Rushed my team at the last min without reading up on the rules. Nearly every player i had in the first few games was either on the bench or not fkn playing at all and had no time over the weekend to read up on it. Spent a bit of time yesterday and re-shaped my team altho my 2 dutch guys let me down a bit and chose the wrong Italians. Too many expensive forwards and a **** defence, Hope Kaka and Robinho © get me a few points, but no doubt Fabregas will be on the bench as i have him too. The Lucky white heather Loyal. Guess the Scots not used to this world cup lark! I blame the lack of recreational facilities that are made available to children in Scotland these days. Turning our youth to more leisurely activities like internet and gaming consoles, thus producing less sporting talent at grass root level and seriously effecting our ability to compete at the highest standard in most sports. Added to that our National Team is FUCKIN PISH.......what chance have we got!!
beej
Anyone think that Brazil will score more than 3 goals tonight?
zeusbheld
Anyone think that Brazil will score more than 3 goals tonight? it's possible but Dunga tends to be tactically a bit on the restrained side. i think they'll score up to 3 then sit back. the team that could surprise is slovakia, because they're better than people expect (imo of course) and because new zealand are wretched. from what i've seen they'd be better off fielding hte All Blacks at least those big maori mofos would have the satisifaction of knocking a lot of guys on their asses. English_Bob
You don't need to be big to knock these guys on their asses... You only have to breathe near them and they fall down holding their shin. (I'm talking about you, Didier Drogba - you cheating bastard - I don't even believe he broke his arm)

I thought the All Whites played fairly well and deserved their last minute equaliser given some earlier misses and the fact that the Slovakian goal appeared to be a result of the striker being off side. I have picked them as one of two surprise teams to go thru to the last 16.

Stramash
worst decision of the tournament so far  http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/world-of-sport/article/9312/
Teddy
Brazil looking a bit shaky at the end there. So glad they won. It wouldn't surprise me if the North Korean Gov't edit the whole game out and say North Korea beat Brazil in the world cup final, and only show their goal. They are a strange bunch. Interesting match though. But why was Ronaldhino left out of the squad? Cheers Iain

Stramash
no comment on Spain's loss to the Swiss? That was not expected!! My surprise of the tournament so far is North Korea. If they keep playing like that they might slip through!! From Jo'burg newspaper; South African police admit to there being problems with drug dealers, thieves and sex fiends during the World Cup. They say things should improve when John Terry's family go home.
