LakeGeneve
I lost 2 grammes of Indian ketamine. K50 or K80? I thought in India in the old old days.. You could buy ketamine in the phamarcy.. "Thank you, come again!" they attend university in Aussie not sure; came still in liquid form in 'rose water' bottle, then cooked and divided. was my last 2 for now. You can still get it in most Indian states direct from pharmacy. It's the Indian equivalent of Calpol and given to kids on a regular basis!! WTF! I thought Ketamine was a tranquiliser mainly given by vets to horses (and abused by teens as a cheap drug). Why are some Indian parents giving it to their kids? Hypo kids? It is the West, though is rarely used on humans too. But some third world countries, esp India, use it as a wide ranging medicine, and is very popular as a child sedative. (in small doses) Also, you have to remember that it has different effects according to method of ingestion. So while the horse gets it as an IV the Indian child gets it orally with some sweets? Any known side effects for the Indian children from long term use? You have obviously never phoned an Indian call centre!! Cheers for the info but I was more worried about the long term use by some Indian children. To that end according to a quick peruse of Wiki; "Chronic use of ketamine may lead to cognitive impairments including memory problems" and "linked urinary tract disease with ketamine use. Symptoms reported by users include an increased need to urinate, passing blood in urine, leakage of urine and pain on urination." Though it notes the latter may be reversible. So I'll understand if a young 20 something, long term Ketamine using Indian working at a call centre forgets my name and asks to be excused to go to the toiulet and piss blood! It's not as if it's given every day!! But is used semi regularly. Have known some chronic users and can definitely see cognitive impairment in many of them!! DANNO
Back to AAA topic! (SORRY) back in college (shall we say anumber of years ago) after eliminating a bottle of Cutty Sark... and using my last sane thought of the evening... I decided to remove my contact lenses over a bathroom sink.  :!: Unfortunately I failed to pull the sink drain stopper  ... (remember I had already use my last sane though just a bit ago)... and when one lenses poped out of my eye... flying through the air it passed my cupped hand ...into the sink... (I can still see it soberly today)...turning on end ... and rolling much like a loose tire down the road...INTO the drain... spoiled a perfectly good drunken night! not up to plumbing duties at that moment..... I believed I slept  (the less generous would say passed out) Upon the dawn morning I was presented with the missing lense by the hostess's 11 year old sister ---who had un-done the drain pipe and fished it out for me!! :thumbleft: I should have waited ten years and married that one (the sis)... Plumbers make a nice yearly wage
