funky_house
XBOX stolen from gold medal bobsledder!! It's been pretty much one great thing after another for Steven Holcomb since winning the bobsled gold at the Vancouver Olympics. Well, at least until this week. Holcomb, who is a big-time computer nerd and video gamer, discovered that his prized Xbox 360 and games had been stolen out of his car. And while the $4,000 worth of gear and games has him a little queasy, what really makes him sick are the hundreds of hours of saved games that he had on the console. After six weeks on the road, bobsled gold medalist--and avid gamer--Steven Holcomb was looking forward to some quality time with his Xbox 360. "It's like a death in the family," Holcomb said in an e-mail interview, "at least for me being single with no kids. lizardo
must be alot of WII's in Bangkok: Wii Fit injury turns woman into a sex addict! Wed, Apr 14 10:30 AM London, Apr 14 (ANI): Amanda Flowers, a catering worker in Manchester, needs 10 sex sessions a day - courtesy a fall from her Wii Fit board which turned her into a sex addict. Even the slightest of vibrations, from mobile phones to food processors, turns her on, reports The Daily Star. She said: "It began as a twinge down below before surging through my body. Sometimes it built up into a trembling orgasm." A doctor diagnosed her with persistent sexual arousal syndrome due to a damaged nerve. Single Amanda, 24, from Harpurhey, said: "With no cure I just have to try to control my passion by breathing deeply. Hopefully one day I'll find a superstud who can satisfy me." PiAnt
I actually fancied getting a Wii for a while, but after watching several reviews and that, I came to the conclusion that all Nintendo games absolutely must be childish in concept or execution or, at the very least, feature the Mario Brothers. That alone was enough to turn me off it altogether. I'd be right up for a PS3, even at full price, but I'm damned if I'm going to pay the going for legitimate games. Double edged sword as far as Sony are concerned. On Bluray there are no copy games, so they're not selling anywhere near as many consoles as they could. 2 grand for a game??? Please!!! I live in Thailand. So an XBOX360 is the only viable option. Copy games abound. The only downside I can see is that it's Microsoft. And I'd much rather put a bullet through Gates' head than pay him a single cent. So it also has to be a second hand one. And I'm seriously up for one of those 50 inch LG LCDs at 30 grand to go with it. This 34 inch CRT might have cut it a few years ago; but nowadays I feel quite inadequate.
