Thanks Admin that sounds fair.

Well have you heard of Dance/Movement therapy? I know I should be talking about my stretching yoga but here the thing:

As a trained dancer, I have been training in dance for years. I dance Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz etc. In addition, I currently am obtaining my Master Degree in Health Service Management and aiming to Dance/Movement Therapy. The Dance/Movement Therapy is the psycho therapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of individuals. Dance/Movement focuses on movement behavior as it emerges in the therapeutic relationship. Expressive, communicative, and adaptive behaviors are used for group and individual treatment.

Here is the list of how Dance/Movement therapy can do to you:

1. Stress management

2. Boosting confidence

3. Developing Body Mind connectivity

4. Organizational Capacity

5. Depression

6. Personality Development

7. Physical Improvement

8. And many more (Let's not go too far because the advance dance/movement therapy can deal with trauma situation, autism, mental retardation, etc.)

Dance/Movement Therapy has in fact proven that people, especially elderly, do not accidentally tip their toes quite often anymore. They also gain more muscle and bone strength and they do not get upset or grumpy easily.

More importantly Dance/Movement therapy is unknown to Thailand (And very new to some countries in Asia)

I am not a qualified Dance/Movement therapist just yet (working on that now and hopefully will be the first qualified Dance/Movement therapist in Thailand), but my stretching session does not only help you improve your strength and your flexibility, it also helps you firmly tighten your body skin. And it gradually helps you with your weight-lost program. My teaching style is using music to help you stretch your body, release and connect your mind.

The session of my private stretching (At your convenient time and location) takes up between 1.00-2.00 hrs. (Depends on the size of the group)

Attn: Admin, if you find this is not interesting enough, I understand if you would like to delete this post.

Best regards to all,

Thank you for your time.

I really like how you've turned the idea of "dancing" into a list of positive actions you can take right now to better your life. Dancing is a good way to stretch body and reduce mental tensions. Although it is a physical activity that helps in maintaining fitness level. A qualified dancer can guide an individual in right way.
