what do u think about toast master or meet up, which one is better?

Can't say but your best practice is to spend time talking with a native English speaker. I think Toast Master is way too advanced. Even many English speakers can't give speeches in front of crowds. But if you spend a few hours a week with someone who will correct your English that would probably be much better. Many farangs don't like to correct Thais speaking English because they know some Thais can be very sensitive to criticism and after you spend enough time in Thailand you just sort of don't hear the English mistakes anymore.

Find someone who isn't afraid of correcting you and buy them lunch a few times a week.
