tassanee
Can anyone reccomend any good hotels in Hong Kong that are reasonable? Lets say like $100 a night. I hear the closer you are to the ocean the more expensive it is. Thanks

BigCat
Try taking a look at www.asiarooms.com, very good hotel booking site, excellent rates and customer review's . Have used them several times whilst in thailand
DJTX
The New World Renaissance in Kowloon is nice - I stay there a lot. It's right on the water with a great view of Hong Kong. If you plan ahead you can get a room for a little less than $100 US a night.

roblin
If you want budget accomodation, try Mirador mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui, a bit more expensive but much better than Chunking. Very good location, about 10m to subway. I stayed in Garden Hostel and paid HKD60/night. The owner is a Martial Art Teacher so you can feel secure staying there
