Thai-English Language Exchange Forum Idea

This is just to throw the idea out there and get the ball moving. In Taiwan, many of the websites for expats and Taiwanese have language exchange forums. In these forums people can contact each other and then meet to "exchange". I have in a way seen this on ThaiFriends already. On this forum there is a mix of questions about language and those looking for teachers, but nothing exclusively for langauge exchanges.

This is just an idea. One can debate the merits of it on their own.

I have been prompted to make this post because I know someone who would really like to practice speaking English, but doesn't have the opportunity.
