FarangFarang
There are so many different configs on an iPhone and iPad (GB of storage) that you would need to narrow down the question but typically they sell for a very minor premium to USA and Canada. In general, electronics are more expensive than USA or Canada but I don't think you would make a profit trying to bring stuff with you and sell it in Thailand. By the time you factor in taxes in the US or Canada, the margins are going to be slim enough that most people would rather just go to MBK and buy it there. Plus, with many electronics, the warranty is only good in the region in which it's purchased so US/Canadian products wouldn't be under warranty in Thailand thus the difference in price is eroded by the fact that you're selling a less desirable product. grgo69
in Pantip Plazza in BKK iPad Mini without Retina - means iPad1 200euro - or 10000 baht and you get back some money when you exit country so 200euro in the end iPad mini with retina is 14000bhat and with money you get back on border is 300euro which is very cheap. I was looking at avtorised sellers !!
