My response is a little late but, generally, you're not likely to find anyone who is going to show you around Bangkok.  It's sort of like saying, "Hey, I've never been to New York (or London or Mumbai or any other large metropolis), can someone show me around?"  Nearly 27 million people visit Thailand every year, it's simply not possible for every tourist to be shown around :-)

 

Don't take any of that the wrong way.  There are tons of friendly people.  But, let's be realistic.  You're a stranger.  No picture with your profile.  You haven't filled out anything in your profile.  You haven't said what you want to do or what you offer in return.  Would you offer to show someone around your hometown under those circumstances?  Just sayin'.
