I have 1 bedroom at Ideo Mobi Bangsue for sale, fully furnished. I bought it 2 months ago for my dad before I knew that he has to move back to Chiang Rai next month. So, if you're interested, please let me know. It's only 300m. from Tao Poon station which is 1 station from Bangsue. Bangsue's gonna be the business district and transportation hub soon on 2020.
